At Hong Lin Hui we have over 50 industry leading CNC machines. These top
quality machines are used for manufacturing prototypes, they work by
processing 3D CAD data. CNC can be used to produce machined parts and
prototypes very quickly, at a high production rate and to a high degree
of accuracy. CNC machines are able to work with a great variety of
materials including; plastics (ABS, Polyurethane, and Polypropylene
etc.), metals (Copper, Aluminum etc) wood and other specialist
materials.
The benefits of CNC range from the wide variety of materials available
through to the strength and accuracy of the finished product and the
relatively cheap costs involved. We are able to offer some of the
highest quality CNC machined prototypes at very competitive prices.
Our CNC machines have a maximum size capacity of 1800mm¡Á900mm¡Á450mm per
item.
Tolerance: ¡À0.02mm
SLA is a rapid prototyping process that creates a model from 3D data
using a process known as stereolithography. The machine builds parts one
layer at a time using a highly accurate UV laser to solidify one layer
of photosensitive resin before progressing to the next. SLA machines
apply layer thickness so precisely the tolerance can be controlled to
¡À0.05mm. Once all layers of the part are complete it is baked in a UV
oven to be cured. Our SLA machines utilise the most advanced laser
technologies producing parts with high accuracy and an excellent surface
finish. The process is extremely accurate and can be used to create very
complex models and prototypes it is also a very quick process.
Material: Imported Somos 14120 Photosensitive Resin
The machines can process maximum size 450mmx450mmx350mm per item.
SLS is another form of rapid prototyping which works in a similar way to
SLA but uses a powder material instead of a resin. Working from a 3D
drawing of the part the machine again builds layers using a laser which
selectively fuses together the plastic powder material a layer at a time
until the part is complete.

The machines can process maximum size 300mmx300mmx600mm
Vacuum casting can be used for production runs or duplicate prototypes
and models. Using the model or piece produced via CNC, SLA or SLS and
sculpture as a master mold a silicon rubber mold is made. This silicon
rubber mold is then used via vacuum casting to produce accurate
duplicates of the original products. RTV equipment has several
advantages including high production speeds, high levels of accuracy
(including the surface finish) and much lower costs. We are able to
duplicate the product in a wide range of different materials, PU, PP,
PC, ABS etc.
We have 4 Vacuum Machines with a maximum size of 1000mmx800mmx800mm
All or prototypes and models can be finished to give a professional and
realistic look. Our range of finishing options is comprehensive. We
provide skilled painting (hand, spray, silk) and finishing services as
per the requirements of our customers. We have an anti-dust spray rooms,
spray paint booths, ovens and UV machines to complete the various types
of professional finish. We can also provide metal plating, anodizing and
apply many different patterns to models.
